JAMES HODGSON
~
THERAPY

A photo of James Hodgson, psychotherapist based in Manchester

Hello.

My name is James, and I am a therapist based in Manchester.

Please do have a look at the different pages on this site for more information about me and my approach to therapy.

If you have any questions, I'd be happy to hear from you. You can contact me using the form below.

What can I help with?

I provide therapy in person and online to people struggling with a range of issues, some of which are listed here.

If you would like help, contact me to set up an initial free call. There is no obligation to work with me after this call. Instead, it is really a chance for me to get a sense of your situation. We can then work out whether I would be a good fit for you.

If you don't see what's going on for you on that list, you can always talk to me about it. And if I can't help I will always aim to refer you on to someone, where possible.

Anxiety and depression
